V. MICHAEL WEINMAYR, PRINCIPAL

V. Michael Weinmayr leads the firm; his vision has shepherded us through decades of design awards and honors. In addition to being an active design professional, Weinmayr is dedicated to passing his knowledge on to the next generation of landscape designers. He teaches Site Construction and Methods and Materials courses at the Harvard University, Arnold Arboretum Landscape Design Program.

Weinmayr was graduated from the Harvard Graduate School of Design with a Masters in Landscape Architecture in 1964, with the coveted Jacob Weidenman Prize. His undergraduate studies granted him a B.S. in Landscape Architecture from Pennsylvania State University in 1962, where he won an A.S.L.A. Certificate of Merit.

Weinmayr is an active member in several professional organizations: he is a Fellow in the American Society of Landscape Architects, and is a long-time member of the Boston Society of Landscape Architects. He is a registered Landscape Architect.
